We started off our day in Albuquerque at this authentic Mexican restaurant. Afterall, we are in NM so we might as well eat something authentic. Hermando, our waiter, was very happy to explain all sorts of things to us. He introduced Catherine to chocolate milk the way they do it in his family's area of Mexico (I have don't remember where he told us). The drink had cinnamon in it! He also introduced the girls to sopapillas - yummy lighly fried dough pockets that you pour honey or jelly into before you eat it.
